“We,” “us,” and “Drive with Artie” mean the Drive with Artie brand operated by UpHelp Auto Assistance LLC (Oregon). Artie (Artimus) Johnson represents the brand. This site is not a dealership website and is not operated by Royal Moore Auto Center as the brand owner of this SMS/web experience—even when Artie’s day-to-day sales work happens there.

Depending on how you use the site, we may receive:

• Contact details you choose to share — name, phone, email, and notes you type into Ask Artie, Sell us your car, VIP ownership help, or similar forms.
• Vehicle details you choose to share — year, make, model, mileage, VIN/stock context, or what you’re looking for.
• Messages you send — including texts you send to Drive with Artie’s number after tapping Message Artie (or similar) and pressing Send in your own Messages app.
• Basic technical data — standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate time) and any analytics the hosting provider records while the site is online.
• Public review links — if you leave a review on Google, DealerRater, or similar, that content lives on those platforms under their policies.

We do not require an account for V1. We do not sell your information to lead marketplaces.

When you tap Message Artie, Ask Artie about this, or similar buttons, your device may open the Messages app addressed to Drive with Artie’s phone number with a prefilled note. You choose whether to press Send. That first send is how you start a text conversation with Artie about your request.

• Message and data rates may apply (your carrier’s rates).
• Reply STOP to opt out of further texts from that number.
• Reply HELP for help, or email ajohnson@royalmoore.com.
• We use texts for customer care: answering buy/sell/trade questions, ownership help, follow-ups you asked for, and (later) verification codes if we add secure features—not blast marketing lists.

We use what you share to:

• Respond to your questions and help with vehicles.
• Follow up when you asked us to.
• Improve the site and fix problems.
• Comply with law and protect against abuse.

We may share information only when needed to:

• Operate the service — e.g. hosting (such as Vercel), SMS providers (such as Twilio), and email tools that process messages for Drive with Artie.
• Complete what you asked for — e.g. coordinating a vehicle conversation that involves a dealership process you already started with Artie.
• Legal requirements — if the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or broker leads from this site to third-party lead buyers.

The site may use cookies or similar technology needed to run pages, remember preferences, or understand traffic at a basic level. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

We keep messages and form details only as long as needed to help you and run the brand responsibly, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you (see Contact).

• Reply STOP to end SMS from Drive with Artie.
• Email ajohnson@royalmoore.com to ask what we have, correct it, or request deletion where applicable.

This site is for adults shopping for or owning vehicles. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as Drive with Artie grows. We’ll post the new effective date here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
